Rehabilitation Plantations Ltd (RPL) invites competitive sealed tenders from experienced civil contractors and engineering firms for the comprehensive repair and maintenance of staff quarters and labor lines at the Ayiranallur Estate.
As a model resettlement scheme, the scenic Ayiranallur Estate provides housing and essential amenities to over 248 Sri Lankan repatriate families, alongside 50 dedicated staff members. This upcoming maintenance project is a vital part of our ongoing welfare initiatives, aimed at upgrading the existing residential infrastructure to ensure safe, weather-resistant, and comfortable living conditions for our workforce and their dependents.
Project Highlights
- Scope of Work: Includes roofing repairs, structural masonry, plumbing overhauls, electrical rewiring, and exterior painting across multiple colony units.
- Pre-Bid Site Visit: A mandatory site inspection and pre-bid meeting will be held at the Ayiranallur Estate Office for all prospective contractors.
- Submission Deadline: All physical/online tender documents must be submitted to the Head Office in Punalur by April 10th, 2026, at 2:30 PM.
Focus on Quality and Durability
To withstand the region's heavy monsoon seasons, all repair works must be executed using high-grade, standard engineering materials (cement, bitumen, and weatherproof paints) approved by RPL's Engineering Wing. The selected contractor will be closely monitored by our site engineers to ensure that all renovations comply with the company's stringent safety and durability standards.
