Our state-of-the-art factory at the Kulathupuzha Estate relies on heavy-duty centrifuging units to process field latex into high-quality concentrated latex (CENEX). To ensure zero production downtime and maintain our stringent ISO-certified dry rubber content (DRC) parameters, the timely replacement of high-wear internal components is absolutely critical. We are currently sourcing a comprehensive list of precision spares to undergo scheduled preventative maintenance.
Quotation Highlights
- Required Components: High-speed spindle bearings, stainless steel bowl discs, heavy-duty rubber O-rings, and specialized drive belts.
- Authenticity Requirement: Only genuine OEM parts or highly certified equivalents with standard warranties will be accepted.
- Submission Deadline: Sealed quotations must reach the Managing Director's Office, Punalur, on or before March 5th, 2026, at 3:00 PM.

Submission Guidelines
Interested suppliers must submit their proposals in securely sealed envelopes explicitly superscribed as "Quotation for Centrifuge Machine Spares." The quotation must clearly detail the unit price, applicable GST, delivery timeline, and warranty periods. Valid OEM authorization certificates must be attached with the proposal. The management reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning reasons.
