The day-long health initiative was hosted at the central Garden Hospital located within the Kulathupuzha Estate. Recognizing the physical demands of plantation work, the camp was specifically designed to provide specialized medical consultations, early disease detection, and general wellness check-ups. A dedicated team of specialist doctors, including general physicians, pediatricians, and orthopedists, volunteered their services to ensure thorough care for all attendees.

Focus on Preventive Healthcare

Beyond immediate treatments, the camp heavily emphasized preventive healthcare and occupational safety. Awareness sessions were conducted in the local Tamil medium to educate the labor lines on proper nutrition, hygiene, monsoon-related illness prevention, and ergonomic practices during tapping operations to prevent long-term physical strain.
